My external harddrive is split into 3 sections already. I will be modifying SPARE SPACE(J:) Your defalut format should be NTFS, as is mine. First split your drive to your desired partions. I will srink it by about 13GB.The rest will be called unallocated. Right click and make a new simple volume. Next open up Guiformat and find your new volume. This is it, find your drive and use it. Your drive is now FAT32 and NTFS. Add files to your new dive like music, and enjoy thanks for watching, hope i helped :)
