I don't know much about computers but I want to learn about computer scrubbers?
which free computer scrubber is the best to use?
After use what exactly do you have to do because I can’t afford another computer if I mess this up.
I thought if I used a scrubber it would clean out everything and would run better.I really don’t have anything important,my pics are saved with Walmart.I am regestered on a few sites with passwords so will I be able to go log back in to them afterwards?I have my disk that came with my computer and 1 backup disk that I did way later on.
I just don’t want to mess up.Thanks

You seem pretty nervous and this process can be risky; if you mess up your back up, your files are lost. If your computer is running slow, it would be a good first step to uninstall any programs you haven’t used recently. There are plenty of ways to speed up your computer that don’t risk all your files and settings.
you dont need a scrubber. the reinstall disk formats the hard drive anyway, and you can do a long format when you are reinsatlling…. thats almost exactly what a scrubber would do (the difference is that a scrubber does the long format 7x, takes forever and the first is almost always effective enough to take care of everything). you dont need to spend that kind of money on a 1kb batch file
and if all else fails, you can go to best buy to have them do it.
id recommend practicing with a program called virtual box first, get comfortable with doing it in that program a few times, then do it in real life
If there’s nothing on the computer you can’t live without, just reinstall Windows. It’s the fastest way and it’s guaranteed to work. Running some program that claims to fix "slowness" could just mess the computer up – then you’d have to reinstall Windows anyway.
