i have a bad computer (512 mb ram 2.8 GHz 32 bit 125 mb display card) but i installed ubuntu and windows xp so it works fine if i would put windows vista (not that good) to my computer then it would go slow

Your specs are great, 125 MB Display card is good to run aero(only 64mb is required o.O), I think.
Well, the reason why Vista does not run good, that’s cause it needs at least 1 gig of ram if it’s a 32 bit, recommended is 2 gigs, minimum ram on 64 bit is 2 gigs I think, recommended is 4 gigs I guess. I recommend more RAM, other than that, your specs are fine.
Also, it would run XP just fine!
@CommanderForce7 i play games i own crysis and i can’t even try to play it and i have left 4 dead 1 and 2 and nether of them work so it sucks for gaming (only 1 game that works normaly and that is gta san andreas)

@bartholameu actually i have a dell inspiron 5100, not very fast not very much RAM, but with a few of these tips and after making a file called run.bat which cleans out the bat files, and doing most of the tips in this vid, my laptop now friggin fast as hell. i also got a program called game booster which shuts down all unnecessary programs that run in the back ground and frees up ram, which you can turn this program on and off as you wish without putting your pc at risk.
